Classic outfit Noire from Hyperdimension Neptunia is now playable in GMOD! Noire is a CPU and is also Lady Black Heart. After a friend suggested Noire to me I decided she was a perfect candidate for a playermodel! It's fun to make these characters playermodels so I hope you enjoy her!
