"When I spawn this vehicle, it's an error" Restart your Garry's Mod.
"Will an scar versoin be made?" No.
"Is it colorable?" No.
"Can I suggest?" Suggesting is Requesting, therefore, no.
REPORT YOUR ISSUE'S IF THEIR NOT ONE OF THESE: - "It's an Error when I spawn it." - That's not that addon's fault. - "It crashs my game when I spawn it" - Check your addons and the addon count. - "It crashs my game when I go in third person" - That's a GAME problem, everyone has that. - "It's too slow" - Not an issue, it's the script, it's realistic in that way. - "The gun on top doesn't work" - It's not meant too, however it might become functional when VCmod2 is released (Date release is unknown as of now).
