Abilities
[h3] Passive- Dormant Rage[/h3][list] When in not rage mode, he is incredibly slow and has the ability Hold It In.
Upon someone staring at his face, this enrages him, which makes his bar fill up, once filled up he gains temporary access to run and kill for 60 seconds. If the people who stared at him who didn't die will allow Scp 096 to have the ability to activate rage after the 30 second cooldown is complete.
The people who do stare at him will be highlighted until they're dead. During dormant rage, you can only see the people who stared at you. [/list]
Ability 1- Rage
- This activates the dormant rage
Ability 2- Hold It In
- If near a wall, it muffles out your crying if not in rage mode
- If in rage mode, you are able to open gates with this ability
