SENTRY - The Golden Guardian

Become the Sentry from Thunderbolts* in Garry's Mod. Fly at the speed of light with a golden trail, punch enemies from the sky with the Soaring Strike, fall like a meteor of light with the Sun Strike, blind everyone with the Light Blast, fire golden beams from your eyes and hands, rip a rock from the ground and smash it, and crush your enemies with telekinesis. Two suits, V1 and V2, each with the keys and damage of its own suit file. Every power of the Sentry comes from his suit file in the mod: Superman powers and Sentry powers, no Void powers. Works in Sandbox and on RP servers.

How to become the Sentry

Two suits

• Sentry V1: Light Blast hits harder (1500 on the first hit)
• Sentry V2: Light Blast on its own key (1200 on the first hit)
• Change suit at any time in the Suits tab of the menu: the model and the keys follow, no respawn

Sentry powers

• Solar: Soaring Strike, Sun Strike, Light Blast
• Telekinesis: Grab Rock And Smash, TK Throw, Head Smash, Head Slash, Body Slice, Body Crush, Smash Everything
• Hand beams: left, right, both hands, random, head shot, pick up and blast the head, hand beams tornado, uppercut hand beams, Death Drag

Superman powers of the Sentry

• Eye lasers: slicer, blast, vaporize, auto head blast, heat the enemy's weapon
• Laser Tornado (he spins with the beam): laser, slice, blast, vaporize, plus Tornado and Tornado Throw
• Super Breath, Freeze Breath, Fire Extinguish, Solar Flare, Thunderclap
• Ground Punch with craters, Two Hands Punch, Mid Air Punches, 360 Punches, kicks, Death Stomp, Headbutt

Finishers

Heart Rip Off, Head Rip Off, Laser Slice Head, Laser Slice In Half, Death Hug, Burn Eyes, Burn And Smash, Blast Head, Pickup Smash, Head Smash, Head Ground Smash, Neck Snap, Uppercut with Laser Slice, Blast or Vaporize in the air, Uppercut and Takedown with punches, ground smash, laser, slice, blast or vaporize. Every victim plays its own animation from the mod.

Features

• The Sentry (Thunderbolts*) V1 and V2 models by dreadnot, with his cape and first person hands
• Exactly the powers given to the Sentry in his mod suit file, with the mod's animations, sounds and power images
• Fast combat: punches and kicks land in about 0.3 s, charged attacks and takedowns from the mod
• Glowing golden eyes and hands during the attacks that use them, like in the mod

• Sentry HUD, power and finisher wheels with the mod's images, menu in English, French and Spanish
• Separate addon: can be installed next to the other Hero Arsenal heroes, the Void included

Server owners

• Hero stats in the menu for admins: max health, armor, damage dealt, damage taken (0 = invincible), healing (sentryv_hero_* convars).
• sentryv_punch_strength, sentryv_gore 0/1, sentryv_setmodel 0/1 (keep your own playermodel), sentryv_lightspeed 0/1 (allow light speed).
• Network friendly: events only, no per-tick traffic, server-side cooldowns, the client is never trusted.
