The cars are stretched out and look like triangles.
Model detail must be set to High! This is very important! 
The cars are pink and black as if textures are missing

Make sure the addons are actually enabled. This can be done from Main Menu > Addons. Once enabled, restart the game. If it still won't work, disable everything but the Base Pack and this pack, restart and try again.
