I present to you VOX mod, which adds more than 300+ (352) BEAR PMC voicelines, extracted from EFT (Escape From Tarkov). Every action at this list contains multiple variants (radial menu and voice lines):

Requesting ammo - 7 Look back - 8 Battlecry - 40 Cheer - 6 Sector clear - 6 Cooperate - 7 Cover - 6 Death - 8 Enemy sniper spotted - 5 Zombie spotted - 4 Enemy down - 15 Enemy spotted - 27 Falling - 3 Fallback - 5 Follow - 7 Ally down - 5 Friendly fire - 17 Go or movement - 12 Open fire - 8 Regroup - 3 Hand wound - 5 Requesting help - 6 Hold position - 7 Leg wound - 4 Low HP - 31 No - 8 Noise reaction - 5 On position - 9 On your own - 7 Pickup weapon - 10 Ready for action - 9 Reloading - 13 Spawn - 12 Stop - 6 Wounds - 13 Yes - 8
