To launch this mod in solo: - On main menu bring down console by pressing Tilde key. - Type in console command: Open KF-BioticsLab?Mutator=MutDamagePopup.DmgMut
To launch on server: - Edit PCServer-KFGame.ini - Find section '[KFGame.KFGameEngine]' - Add line: ServerActors=MutDamagePopup.DmgMut Alternatively you can add it on WebAdmin Server Actors list.
