Replaces the Blue Horzine Security suit with an HEV themed Varient. Comes Complete with firstperson arms. Is currently something of a WIP; still working out which armor plates I want to be solid orange (Looks vs authenticity) In the meantime, I've uploaded it to the workshop. Does not include inventory icon or helmet reskin; again, it's a WIP.
