This mutator is an attempt to remove the teleport ability from all monsters. Additionally, it allows users to define a cost value that is used by monsters to find alternative ways to players. Furthermore, it tries to improve the way how the game handles monsters that are stuck.

Permissions: You are allowed to freely use this mutator on any servers you want. However, you're neither allowed to change the code nor use parts of it without my permission. You're not allowed to recompile and re-release this mod.
