Personal mod I made to adjust the reload speeds compared to other weapons in the game, but I'm using a lot of reanimations, so I don't really know how well or bad they behave in vanilla.
Made in mind with these weapon remodels (which I wholeheartedly recommend) reload speeds: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2500225097
Also makes the sniper rifles have higher damage but lower clip size (example: the AWP can kill anything but a charger with a body shot, the Scout can kill most with body shots but not on limbs. But I don't remember in which difficulty I was testing that so...).
I didn't touch the knife at all, that one works well.
