A-SYNC RESEARCH INSTITUTE
Report Date: 17 March 2017 Incident Reference: JH-2015 Subject: Loss of Fireteam Jade Helm and Continued Spatial Contamination Classification: RESTRICTED - INTERNAL DISTRIBUTION ONLY
Executive Summary
In 2015, Fireteam Jade Helm entered an A-Sync subsurface research complex to recover surviving subjects of Project T, an experimental program intended to establish a shared psychic network between human participants.
The recovery operation followed a progressive loss of spatial stability throughout the facility. Initial disturbances affected individual rooms and corridors. Subsequent events compromised multiple installations connected to the same underground network.
Contact with Fireteam Jade Helm was lost before extraction could be confirmed. As of this report, the team remains classified as missing. No remains have been recovered, and the continued reception of intermittent transmissions prevents a determination of presumed death.
A-Sync assesses that surviving Project T subjects remain active within the network and continue to sustain the phenomenon.
Fireteam Jade Helm was deployed to locate and extract the surviving subjects. The operational objective was to remove the human sources sustaining the distortion and interrupt their shared connection under controlled conditions.
Selected surface stores were closed to conceal access preparations and establish evacuation routes. Public speculation concerning underground retail tunnels inadvertently identified elements of the concealed infrastructure, although it provided no accurate account of the research program.
During deployment, the team reported that marked routes changed between successive crossings. Later transmissions described rooms absent from facility records and voices resembling missing research personnel.
The final authenticated message indicated that the team had reached a subject holding area. No verified extraction followed.
Search personnel subsequently failed to relocate either the holding area or the team's last confirmed position.
The network remains unstable. Remote observations suggest that some original bunker sections still exist within an expanding arrangement of distorted offices, corridors, and service spaces.
The status of the surviving subjects is unresolved. Their recovery remains central to containment, but extraction alone has not been proven sufficient to reverse established spatial changes.
Fireteam Jade Helm personnel remain missing and potentially recoverable. Future operations must account for unreliable maps, disrupted communications, and possible interference with memory and perception.
**Fireteam Coldheart will be deployed to search for the missing personnel of Fireteam Jade Helm.** Its primary objective will be to locate, identify, and recover surviving team members. Recovery of Project T subjects will proceed where conditions permit, with the aim of interrupting the psychic network and containing further expansion of the phenomenon.
