A VScript that attempts to spawn a bit more blood decals with a splatter effect, à la Dead Rising (or whatever other game that has this).
Compatible with blood texture mods, since this is only a VScript.
NOTE:
- This was made with the vanilla decals in mind, so other blood texture mods may look a bit weird when used with this.
- Unfortunately this will only really work on flat surfaces. Surfaces such as ramps or displacements (mountains, hills, uneven terrain) will most likely not work.
- Decals next to another one that is spawned too close tend to disappear more often than not. A script that mitigates this a bit can be found here or in the required items section.

This will only work in singleplayer or a locally hosted server.
