The goal: finish without getting vomited (and if you do get vomited, finish without dying). It may sound simple, but as you will see, it's harder than you think. On a scale of 1 to 10 difficulty, this mutation may get a 9/10 difficulty! Play with friends. Not for the faint of heart.
