Ciel's Vanilla Styled Rebalance

Vanilla with sprinkles!

This is a mod aimed towards adding and overhauling some aspects of Left 4 Dead 2 while still trying to keep it vanilla/retail flavored. While weapons do more damage per shot their overall damage per magazine/capacity is the same as vanilla. Some don't follow this rule but were balanced around the other guns.

Some of the changes are... - Pipebombs no longer attract commons and explode shortly after being thrown, dealing high damage. - All weapons have actual recoil now, some are more managable than others. Very Counter Strike themed! - All weapons got damage rebalances with more realistic ammo capacity and reserve ammo. - M60 is reloadable, Grenade Launcher got damage tweaks. - Some weapons have unique mechanics, such as the UZI being fast to swap to, SG552 gets a damage multiplier on zoom, running faster with the knife, and much more. - Minor SI health buff, Adjusted Tank health values per difficulty - 10k, 12k, 14k, 16k in order of difficulties. While this seems like alot the weapon damage and explosive buffs make this remarkably manageable if you save some resources or play smart. - Jockey got changed to make it a bit more balanced, less lunge range more consistent ride damage. - Infinite Shove with more forgiving range for high ping players. - Buffed HMG and Minigun to overheat less and deal a bit more damage to Tanks . - No water slowdown, car alarms can be triggered farther away. - Survivor ragdolls - Dynamic Lighting
