Restores ammo as soon as mag is inserted but you can't fire until whole reload is finished. Timings can be adjusted from the config files in ems folder. (ems\rf\clip_reload_timers)
Works with my "keep ammo" script.
Extra stutters caused by this addon can be fixed with reload stutter fix addon but it might not work with some other scripts. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3688164156
UPDATE: Modders that make guns with custom animations can now include their own timing within their mod. See Readme in EMS folder.
