L4D2 Survivors Blood Covered and Wounded

Updated! The survivors now have bandages wrapped around their bodies.

This mod aims to add both dried blood, vomit, and dirt to the survivors while also adding more wounds and injuries as well. It makes no sense the Survivors go through so many hordes of zombies, so I figured why not bring this mod to the workshop.
