Ludicrous Difficulty

The 12th difficulty level. 8 levels above Expert. Harder than Inconceivable

Ludicrous is a difficulty level made based on the vision of the author "Iizvullok" as the next step above Inconceivable (includes a Realism version as well)

Things that have been changed: - special infected limit is 7 - survivor movement reduced (custom speed control) - start with extremely low health (1 permanent + limited temp buffer) - medkits and pills are heavily restricted - higher infected health, damage, and speed than Inconceivable - denser commons and faster special respawns - always black and white pressure - adrenaline gives only a small speed boost above the reduced base speed - other small balance changes

Ludicrous is meant to push past Inconceivable with stricter health economy and slower survivor movement. If you are not already comfortable on Inconceivable, this will feel overwhelming very quickly.
