MW2019: Default M60

The default M60, now on mav's & ThomasCat's MW2019 animations. Works with reskins.

NOTE: Due to unexpected issues with the sound events, this addon replaces the deploy sound as a bandaid solution, so sound mods may conflict and may not be 100% compatible.
