MW2019: Default Tonfa (Alternative)

An unofficial, alternative entry to Qude's MW2019: Default Melee Weapons collection. A bit late on this I think.

Works with reskins.

This uses a less "tacticool" variant of the MW2019 animations, in other words, it uses the animations from mav's HQ MW Frying Pan, with a few adjustments.

The length of each animation has been recalculated accordingly so it should match the vanilla timings and work online with no fuss. I edited one of the swing animations that was ever so slightly weird so now the swings should connect and flow fairly nicer and I also moved the viewmodel a bit more forward.
