Modified version of RF's RNG script to support up to 10 texture groups. This run as the player leave the saferoom, it will override Manacow's rng script. Support all weapons including melee, with skin random from 0 to 9 For weapon that has less than 10 texture groups, each group that doesnt exist roll back to default skin 0, making the it more common than other.
