Fixes the survivor-reviving-other animation being interrupted by weapon swapping that cancels their animation and makes them stand idle over their revive target. Hitboxes follow the animation so people don't have to worry about shooting over the crouching models of revivers and accidentally friendly firing. Also adds fix to healing animations so they won't be interrupted by the game somehow every once in a while.
