This mod modifies Rochelle's voice so that it sounds as if she was wearing a mask that had a microphone in it. I basically just ran all English voice lines through a filter and saved them again. This mod will not add a filter to voice lines of your game's language.
This mod is not compatible with the mod that enables her cut voicelines. If you want to use the cut voice lines, download this version.
