Total Rochelle reskin made to resemble the BFYST (aka Purple 31) pedestrian from the game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
In this mod is a near total custom outfit inspired by Purple 31. Upon her head is a distressed and raggedy newsboy cap, tilted to the side. The hat covers a mass of locks and loose, coiled hair, which has been allowed to grow to the shoulders. Her top is an oversized jersey with a purple number 31 on the front, and on the back a number 31 with "Rochelle" printed above. Her pants are a pair of distressed and dirty ghetto jeans.

Art by me. Shirt and hat model and their respective textures by me. Pants are ripped from Ellis' model, with the textures altered to match the color of jeans. Hair by me.
