Converts the scout's round in the chamber into the frag ammo on the same tick the bullet fires but before it fires, which makes no sense, but it does.

It uses the NetProp "m_upgradeBitVec," so it comes with all the benefits and demerits of the vanilla frag ammo. To name a few:

Benefits:

AoE CI Kill
Stumble SI that aren't the Tank.
Stumble the Witch except on realism, in which case it's a bit of a 50:50.

Demerits:

Easy self-harm and friendly fire.
The little tugs on the phys props that will deal 80 damage or incap you.
The inability to score headshot damage bonus.
The inability to shoot through things.

~~The game uses neither the frag ammo tracer nor the explosive particle. It would be doable to fake them, but I'd much prefer that it stay as simplistic as it can.~~ I faked the explosion particle.

It is also possible to use incendiary ammo, resulting in AoE ignition.

The radius of the AoE is proportionate to the damage value of the weapon, so if you make the scout do higher damage, it will also detonate in a bigger range.
