A fixed and improved version inspired by the original Tank Run Realism with Zombies addon: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3492968200
This mutation keeps the core idea of Tank Run Realism with Zombies, but improves the spawn behavior so the mode stays active more consistently across campaigns, including finales, semi-finales, and areas where the Director can normally stop spawning infected.
Features - Realism-based Tank Run gameplay. - Common infected enabled during the run. - Special infected support. - Tank pressure throughout the campaign. - Improved spawn retry logic when the Director rejects spawns. - Designed to avoid empty sections where no infected or Tanks appear. - Works as a standalone mutation.
How to play Open the console and run:
map c1m1_hotel tankrunrealismzombies
You can also start it from the mutation menu if installed correctly.
