The Smackdown: The Aerial Executioner

Overview

The Smackdown is a custom Tank variant that focuses on mobility and heavy impact attacks. Instead of just walking up to survivors like a normal Tank, he uses powerful jumps to close distance and keep constant pressure from above and mid-range.

The idea is simple: you don’t get to feel safe just because you’re far away.

Key Features

Aerial Leap Combat

He can launch himself across the map using controlled jumps.

• Around 15 seconds of cooldown between jumps
• Can cover roughly 200 to 850 units of distance
• Built to quickly close gaps or surprise survivors from angles

Shockwave Landings

Every time he lands, he creates a shockwave that punishes positioning.

• ~200 unit radius
• Close survivors take heavy damage and get staggered
• Outer survivors still get staggered or lightly hit

Critical Rage State

When his health drops below 33%, he becomes much more aggressive. It begins performing a series of short, continuous jumps to close the distance; this phase also features a startup animation that signals its initiation, and the creature’s speed increases by 15%—an effect that becomes apparent when it runs in a straight line.

Smarter Targeting

He actively looks for survivors within range and stays on pressure targets instead of behaving randomly.

• Health scales with difficulty (around 4000 on Normal)
• Slightly faster than a standard Tank (~8% speed increase)
• Designed for stronger close-range pressure than vanilla Tanks (

Effects & Audio

Custom jump and landing sounds, plus impact effects and screen shake to make every hit feel heavier.

Difficulty Scaling

All health and damage values scale with difficulty so he stays challenging in every mode without feeling inconsistent.
