A pure-VScript fire control system for every thermal weapon in L4D2. No plugins required.
Press the fire-mode key (bind B by default) to cycle firing modes, with ammo upgrades, M60 ammo-feed, and grenade launcher direct-fire included.
Fire Mode Switching
Rifle / AK / SG552: Auto ? Burst ? Semi SCAR: Burst ? Semi-Burst SMGs: Auto ? Burst M60: Auto ? Semi ? Ammo Feed Pistol (single): Semi ? Auto ? 3-round burst Pistol (dual): Semi ? Auto ? Double Tap Magnum / Hunting / Military Sniper: Semi ? Auto Pump / Chrome Shotgun: Pump ? Auto Grenade Launcher: Lob ? Direct Fire Semi-to-auto uses a native hold-fire reset: hold the trigger to fire at the weapon's native rate, release to stop instantly ? no visual jitter, stable full-auto.
Ammo Upgrade Pack: double-tap R to switch between incendiary / explosive / normal ammo.
M60 Ammo Feed: crouch and stand still to enter feed mode; shots drain reserve ammo directly.
Grenade Launcher Direct Fire: flat trajectory, explodes on impact.
Usage: bind B +alt2 in console.
Compatibility: pure script, no game file edits; all settings adjustable in the generated config.cfg under left4dead2/ems/.
