Allows SMGs and pistols to gib common infected. Gibs are only applied on killshot, so they still do the same damage.
Since the way this mod checks where you hit an infected is pretty limited, you won't get the same kind of gibbing that regular weapons do (ie you can't shoot an infected's dick off for example) but i still think it gets the job done.
