Merges the original from Rayman with the other adding the first L4D's content. No other changes. This version is a true "fix" and most likely "official" version. Rayman and my other associate who created the other will be credited as contributors. This contains real missing content from beta versions of Cold Stream and the first Left 4 Dead. Valve had to remove some content that was not sourced when they released Cold Stream. The content was removed after the Steam Pipe conversion on July 2nd, 2013. Adds back all missing L4D assets that Valve didn't port when porting the original campaigns. It will also work without extra unnecessary steps.
