You can define menus open from hotbar, it supports
1. running commands ✔
2. open sub-menus ✔
3. display text in chat ✔
4. switch servers over BungeeCord ✔

The only command:
/menu - Restore the hotbar menu items in case you cleared them.
/menu reload (OP) - Reload menu configurations.
