The development of V2 (Support for Version 1.13+ / additional features) has now started and should be done by the end of January. For those who want to test the plugin earlier here is a jenkins, where you can download the current Builds. JENKINS

Note: The plugin is developed in version 1.15.1 and the snapshots you can download also are only tested for these versions, but the final plugin will support 1.13 and maybe even lower. Feedback is greatly appreciated over Discord or Spigot.

What does this plugin:

The plugin adds a huge amount of commands and a GUI to edit the name, lore, effets, enchants, flags and the durability of an Item.

How to install:

Download the .jar from here.
Put the .jar in your plugins folder and restart or reload the Server.
Maybe edit the Messages in the Language file.
Now use the Ingame Command.

For any ItemStore Command you only need the Permission ItemEdit.store

For any ItemPotion Commands you only need the Permission ItemEdit.potion

This command without args opens a settings GUI, in which you can configure everything of the Plugin. The alias info sends you generall infos about the plugin and usedMaterials shows you how much a Material has been edited.
The permission for the Command is "ItemEdit.settings"
