You need protocolLib http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/protocollib/

AntiAura is a bukkit plugin that allows you to test if player has kill aura. It basically sends packet that spawn fake players (1-6) for 0.5 second. The message is sent to administrator with result (how many test players were attacked).

Command:
/auracheck <player>
alias: /ac <player>
permission: auracheck.check

Configuration:

ticksToKill: 10 #how much time in ticks give player to kill fake players
amountOfFakePlayers: 4 #how many fake players should spawn (1-6)
invisibility: true #should fake players be invisible (some kill auras may ignore them)
