Force/Automatically Respawn on Death!

This is very simple and basic, it automatically respawns players on death and avoids the dreaded Respawn screen.

Features:

Very Simple, Causes NO LAG, and easy to use
Customizable
Penalize players for dying, aka, deduct money from their balance
Give Auto-Respawning to just a select few via permission
Players can enable/disable it, if they have permission
Config.yml and Messages.yml

Commands:
/ar - Provides plugin info.
/ar reload - Reloads plugin.
/ar <on/off> - Turns the plugin on or off in-game.
/respawn - A toggle command for each player.

Permissions:
ar.help - /ar
ar.reload - /ar reload
ar.update - See alerts if there's an update.
ar.control - /ar <on/off>
ar.auto - Respawns the players with this permission, if option is enabled.
ar.toggle - /respawn
ar.* - Allows access to all of the above

Install:
1. Download the addons below, then put them into your plugins folder.
