Builder's Utilities was a requested plugin by @Alex_deGrote,
who won the plugin giveaway at my panel from McBcon.
This plugin is a collection of a lot of tiny features that help with building.

- A lot of Worldedit shortcuts
- Worldedit simplified deform commands
- No-clip, Nightvision, Advanced Fly
- Ability to place secret blocks easily with heads
- Blocked a lot of events that can restrict you with building
- Iron trapdoor Interaction
- Banner creator GUI
- Colored Leather Armor GUI
- Fixed attack speed so items come up quickly visually
- Spectator teleportation disabled with a permission
