This mod includes various fixes and tweaks for the niijima-railways modpack. If you just need the #5997 fix, please use the earlist version.
Currently, it does 9 things:
- Fix create mod issue#5997 (dirty, temporary fix).
- Implement create mod PR#9357 with mixin to backport to 0.5.1.j.
- Adapt pantograph&wires mod to count trains under wire as “fueled”.

- Improve the vanilla NAN rotation error for entities to be more readable

- Allow admins to access all TLMs' settings and inventories.
- Allow MCEF libs to be bundled locally on Windows.
