About CustomCobbleGen - Now Supports Basalt Generators [1.17-1.19]
From SpigotMCMake custom cobblestone generators that depend on a players tier/rank
With this simple plugin, you can change all aspects of the cobblestone generator, as known from Skyblocks servers. Compared to the alternatives, it runs on a custom tier system, which means you need to buy the levels, with either money, XP or items.
You can also have different tier classes, which can be used to give players with certain permissions more tiers. This can, for example, be a VIP class for players with a VIP rank. You can read more about this on the wiki. This plugin is not maintained anymore! Feel free to fork the code and continue my work

Basalt generators are not overridden by default to support servers running an older version than 1.16. But there is a guide here on how to enable it: https://github.com/phil14052/CustomCobbleGen/wiki/How-to-override-basalt-generator
How to use per island unlocked tiers:
By default, the plugin uses per-player unlocked tiers, but since version 1.4.4 has it been possible to use have per island unlock tiers. There is a guide on how to enable it here:
