Overview:
EnchantAll provides the ability to fully customize the enchantments on the item the player is holding and create god items.

Benefits:

Allow players to enchant items to their normal maximum
Allow staff with the unsafe permission to make god items with all enchants
Allow staff with the unsafe permission to make items with enchants higher than the normal levels
Create custom enchanted books
Combined blocked enchantment combinations

Features:

Enchant the item in hand for specific enchants and levels
Enchant the item in hand for all appropriate enchants
Enchant unsafe levels with god mode
Supports versions of Minecraft 1.13+

Commands:

/enchant <enchantment> [level] - set a specific enchantment and level for the item
/enchant all - set all appropriate enchants for the item
/enchant god - set all enchants on a non-standard item
/enchant info - show the enchants on the item in hand
/enchant types - show all the possible enchantments

Permissions:

enchantall.reload - reload the plugin
enchant.use - enables the enchant command
enchant.all - enables the enchant all command
enchant.unsafe - enables the enchant god command and specific unsafe enchantments
enchant.books - allows enchanting books
