From SpigotMCWhen killing a player you steal one of their hearts.
When you kill a player your max HP increases by 1 heart and the dead player's max HP is decreased by 1 heart.
When a player loses all of their hearts the get banned from the server either forever of for a week (You can choose it in the config file).
