Mahou Isekai

Mahou Isekai is a massive RPG-style overhaul and premium add-on for Mahou Tsukai. It completely replaces standard scroll mechanics with a fluid, modern magic system, a dedicated Grimoire UI, and breathtaking 3D visuals.

📖 The Grimoire & Virtual Casting

No more inventory clutter or staffs blocking your screen. Magic is no longer tied to physical items in your hands; it is managed entirely through our virtual system.

• The Grimoire (G): A custom UI where all your permanently learned spells are stored and categorized. (Note: The visual design of the Grimoire is still a work in progress and might change in future updates).
• Magic Hotbar: Equip up to 10 spells and seamlessly cycle through them (Z / X) in the heat of battle.
• Clean Action: Cast instantly with a dedicated keybind (R). There are no physical scrolls or staffs to hold—casting is completely virtual, keeping your screen 100% clear.
• In-Game Config (O): Open the comprehensive configuration menu to fully customize your HUD layout, adjust the drop chances for Awakening titles, and tweak other core mechanics.

⚔️ The Path of the Mage

Your journey has a deep, lore-friendly structure.

• Awakening: Take damage in survival mode, look straight down at the ground, and press M to begin the Awakening ritual. This will determine your core destiny and your starting magic deck.
• Practice to Master: Craft physical scrolls and practice casting them. Succeed enough times, and the spell is burned into your Grimoire forever.
• Ascension Rituals: Looking for a new challenge or want to push your magic further? Sacrifice your experience and mana to ascend to higher ranks. (Note: Upon ascending, your current temporary magic deck is wiped, and you will only keep the spells you have permanently mastered through practice).
• Death Memory: Your unlocked magic, spell mastery, and max mana capacity stay with you, even in death.

🌌 Visuals & Future Plans

The mod currently features a combined pool of over 60 spells (including 26 integrated classics directly from the original Mahou Tsukai). Currently, 5 key spells have received a complete next-gen 3D visual overhaul:

• Absolute Duel (Domain Expansion): An immersive 3D sphere of pitch-black void.
• Annihilation Sphere: Reworked projectiles with dense cores and charging rings.
• Awakening Ritual: A massive, volumetric energy pillar with orbiting energy rods.
• Magic Echo: Flawlessly duplicates complex spell logic and VFX.
• (Custom visual effects for all remaining spells are planned for future updates).

📚 In-Game Compendium

All detailed mechanics, progression rules, exact crafting recipes, and spell descriptions are fully integrated into the in-game Mahou Tsukai Compendium. Just open the book in-game to learn everything.
