MicronReload

This plugin will display a message, saying that the server is reloading (not configurable). The plugin is for 1.8 Bukkit/Spigot. The plugin works by typing '/rel', it will then display the reload message, warning the players of a reload. It then reloads the server. After this it will display another message letting them know the reload has finished.
