About SilkTouchSpawners
From SpigotMCA simple plugin that drops Spawners when mined with appropriate tools
Brief Description
This plugin allows players to break spawners with a Silk Touch pickaxe, and store it in their inventories. Players can also place spawners down.
Configuration
This plugin has a couple of configurable options in the configuration file that is generated upon loading the plugin. All configuration variables are described accordingly in the configuration file. It's possible to change drop chances and set whether players need permissions or not in order to place and break spawners.
Permissions
Note: Wild card permissions have also been set up.
This permission allows a player to use the main command itself. This command shows the plugin name and version, as well as some support-related information.
This permission allows a player to reload the configuration files.
silktouchspawners.spawner.acquire
This permission allows a player to acquire a spawner through mining it with the appropriate tool.
silktouchspawners.spawner.place
This permission allows a player to place down previously acquired spawners.
silktouchspawners.spawner.change
This permission allows a player to change a spawner type using a
spawn egg.

I plan on updating this plugin as soon there are new versions available. Feel free to ask any questions regarding updates.
Final Notes
Before posting any issues, please consider changing some configuration options. I created this plugin because I needed this for a server and I couldn't find any plugin that did match up to my expectations. I tried to keep everything as "vanilla" as possible. No flashy colored texts, just plain old vanilla style.
1.14+: Foxes and Villagers don't show up in spawners. This is a Minecraft bug, and you can vote for a fix here.
