In Spigot 1.9 sound names were changed, So default sounds in config working only in 1.8

Block trails do not disappear - Why?
Block trails may be left to ground when you reload the server with early versions of the plugin.
On current version the blocks are fake and only sent to the client. There are no changes made to the actual world.
