Add the line Mods=2476441 under "[/Script/Mordhau.MordhauGameSession]" inside your Game.ini file. To add it to the Map Rotation, just add the line "MapRotation=DuelRings" under "[/Script/Mordhau.MordhauGameMode]" inside your Game.ini file.
CLIENT:
Go to Mordhau/Content inside your Mordhau files and create a folder called "CustomPaks" (in case you don't have it already) and add the client file there. To open the map, just open the console inside the game and type in "open DuelRings".
