pp's MercFollow Demon Horde Maps

Dedicated Server in-game: Demon Horde w/ Mercenary Followers - US West (If it's locked then it's down for troubleshooting)

I originally made this mod to mainly benefit beginners who have trouble with the learning curve for the game mode, but some helpful feedback helped me realize that I could go beyond that and make something also accessible to veterans who are looking for a challenge.

Version 1.5: Hard mode maps are live! These map variants include modified objectives, minibosses, and brand new sections on unused spaces of certain maps. Enemy stats/spawn rates will still need some ongoing testing/tweaking so stay tuned!

Version 1.8: Custom variant of Castello, called DefendCastello, is now live! Building off the components of the hard mode maps, this map is a reimagined scenario where the player will get to participate in the active defense of the fortress as a soldier fighting alongside other AI controlled soldier allies, i.e. defending the outer gate, fending off siege towers, being pushed back to the inner city, saving the king/queen, then finishing with a sally out Helm's Deep style. Once this map is completely polished, I'm considering doing a scenario of another stock map, maybe eventually even building a new map scenario from scratch!
