Roma Castrum v 13.0.0 - Largescale Roman Map

ROMA CASTRUM

Roma Castrum is a map which depicts a Roman Legion's Castrum (fort) along with the surrounding countryside. In the countryside you'll encounter a Roman Villa, a Watchtower, a local Village, a large ancient Fort, and many other scenic elements including ponds, cottages, a river, a farm, and a Barbarian Camp! The map is designed and maintained by |SPQR| Vetinarix and |SPQR| TheTorukMakto of the OCE clan - LEGIO XLII AUSTRALIS - usually known as SPQR. Many clan members have made contributions to the map, including significant input from |SPQR| FlatkinG, |SPQR| Usquebaugh, |SPQR| cast. The map is still in active development, and patches are released every so often.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

As of v 10.0.0, Roma Castrum (formerly RomaCamp) requires additional dependency mods in order to permit faster map updates/bugfixes and to reduce asset duplication for future maps.

FFA_CASTRUM

FFA / Deathmatch Mode. All players spawn in Castrum Legionary Tents.

FL_CASTRUM

Modified Frontline Mode. Red team spawn in Castrum Legionary tents. Blue team spawn in Barbarian Camp. Longer capture times. Fewer tickets. Slower ticket drain.

FL_CASTRUMSHORT

Modified Frontline Mode. Red team spawn in Castrum Legionary tents. Blue team spawn in Barbarian Camp. Longer capture times. EVEN FEWER TICKETS! Slower ticket drain.

TDM_CASTRUM

Team Deathmatch Mode. Red team spawn in Castrum Legionary tents. Blue team spawn in Barbarian Camp.

EVT_CASTRUM

FFA / Deathmatch Mode. All players spawn in a portal room and can choose to teleport to the Villa, the Battlefield Tower, the Burnt Cottage, or the Log Cabin.

HRS_CASTRUM

All players spawn in a single spawn at the Castrum Stables.

GM_CASTRUM

TDM Mode, server administrators can spawn bots and set up custom scenarios.
