The term "Oeil-de-Boeuf" ("bull's eye") refers to a round or oval window, usually small, whose name evokes the resemblance to a bovine's eye.
This name has been used since the 18th century, although this type of window has existed since ancient times.

Introducing a new concept with FX modules 
Open the widget with 'E'
1/ Select the material type
2/ Disable glass if you want to pass through the window
3/ Enable the effect
4/ Select the frame type
5/ Open the effect window
6/ Change the values (reset buttons will appear)
7/ CTRL+C -> CTRL+V to copy and paste from one module to another (as for other factories)
