Adds balls to the game

The short title sayes it all, this mod simply adds some balls to the game.

The mod itself currently has a goals and a soccer gamemode implemented.

The longer story is:
/createballs \<x y\> to spawn balls.
/sizeball \<x\> to resize upcoming balls.
/colorball \<r g b\> to recolor upcoming balls.
/frictionball \<golf\> changes the properties of all the balls.

The balls are currently without saving and therefore keeps your save completely vanilla!
In the future theres going to be:
&emsp; - Goals added for golf and a dedicated golf gamemode.
&emsp; - Automatic ball spawning from text screens.


Signs can now be used as autospawners by setting the sign text. (spawn,rate=1,limit=50,rgb=1:0:0)
