About Electric Vehicles

Mod Features:
This mod add two milestone in Tier 3 and 5. Each with the electric version of the Truck stations and Tractor/Trucks, those are relativelly cheap since they also need the original milestone.

Press F1 While inside the vehicle to show the current battery of the vehicle.
Stations now dock in loop until the battery is full. They consume 300MW while it's working creating peaks, reason why also added an earlier power station of half-efficiency.
Trucks consume 10MW while they are moving, tractor 5MW. Some rebalanced may be needed.
Fuel inventory may need to be ignored at the moment.
Now with electric drones too
Drones consumption 21MW, stations consume 1 MW when idle and have peaks calculated by distance traveled by the drone after a few trips. (It recalculates after load the game so it have a minimum consumition of 105MW while charging)
