Extended Vertical Logistics
A Satisfactory mod adding a family of Universal Splitters and Mergers that can be placed freely on the ground or a foundation, with conveyor lifts run into them afterwards.
Why
Update 1.1 added vertical splitters and mergers, but they are not build-menu items. This mod makes them real buildings: place one anywhere, then run the lift into it.

They live in their own Universal Splitters & Mergers subcategory under Logistics.
