About Halflings - Half Width Walls

Adds half-width (4m wide) buildables to the game!

Adds 17 4m-wide variants of vanilla walls in all three vanilla materials!

All buildables are available in the AWESOME shop.

Halfling bundles can be unlocked after first unlocking the corresponding vanilla bundle.

*Note: Materials Do not currently have functionality with the Customizer, but all buildings are paintable!
